About Us
Journey to Christ was formed in 2011 by Ps John Sanayeh. Following God’s calling and direction, Journey to Christ provides a place of gathering for people from all Arabic backgrounds to come together in worship and common belief to praise God and be filled with His Word.

John Sanayeh
Ps John was born in Beirut, Lebanon. Having fought in the civil war from a young age, he joined the monastery when he was 15 years old. It was during this stage of his life that he came to know the Lord in a powerful way. Since leaving the monastery in 1982, he has dedicated his life to the service of Christ, arriving in Australia in 1986.
In 2006, God brought to life His plan for a church meeting to cater to people from an Arabic background. In 2011, Journey to Christ was born by the grace of God.

Hanna Yacoub
Ps Hanna was born in Sydney, Australia. Having been brought up in the Maronite Catholic faith, she felt the Lord’s calling for something greater when she was 22 years old.
Since that time, she has dedicated her life to serving Christ by serving others. Her passion is to release people into God’s grace so they can enjoy the fullness of His love and mercy.
